A yearly filing requirement for corporations, societies, and other legal entities. The primary purpose of the document is to confirm the legal entity still exists and to provide current information about the shareholders, directors, or officers. Certain legal entities are also required to submit financial information with the annual return.

Annual Return Form sent in the mail from the government.

Information Required:

  • Authorized person’s full name, position and contact information within the company.
  • A valid government photo ID is required to complete this service.


$75.00 per year to file.

Payment information:

We accept credit cards and all forms of payment but an additional 3% fee for all credit card transactions will apply.
