Certificate of Limited Partnership must consist of
- Name of the Partnership
- Character of Business
- Place of Business of the Partnership
- Names and address of Partners.
- Term: (period of time) for which the partnership will exist.
- A termination date may be specified as any date in the future.
- May be stated as a specific term such as ‘five years’.
- May be indicated as ‘indefinite’
