Vehicle Information Report (VIR)

A Vehicle Information Report (VIR) is a type of search that can be requested by anyone that verifies the history of the vehicle in Alberta only.

The VIR includes:

  1. Vehicle description
  2. Vehicle’s odometer reading
  3. Vehicle status
  4. Registration dates and classes
  5. The number of current liens registered in Alberta

Previous vehicle owners will not be listed on the report

Information Required:

We need the complete VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

Information and request can also be sent in through email or fax and a response will be sent back as per request.



Payment information:

We accept credit cards and all forms of payment but an additional 3% fee for all credit card transactions will apply.

Indian Status Card/ Treaty Card Non- Canadian Passport
