- Description of Service: Incorporating a named corporation is creating a legal entity, distinct from its owners, that is given a name by its owners (shareholders).

- Documents Required: A NUANS search is required and is included in the price of this service. It is a review of all corporations to ensure your proposed corporation name is not identical or similar to another corporation’s name within Alberta.
- A valid government photo ID is required to complete this service.
- Fee: $500.00 including NUANS (corporate name search) and name reservation
- Alberta Numbered Incorporation
- Description: A business can be incorporated without choosing a unique and descriptive name. In this case, a number will be assigned by the Registrar of Corporations through the CORES system. You will choose a legal element after the name. Legal elements are: Limited, Ltd., Corporation or Corp. Incorporated, Inc., ULC, Unlimited Liability Corporation. Apart from the name, there is no other difference between a named or numbered corporation.
