Description of Service:
The Cancellation of a Trade Name or Partnership registration occurs when an individual or corporation no longer carries on business under a particular trade name/partnership or wishes to inactivate the business name. In order for the cancellation to be complete, notification must be submitted that indicates business has ceased to be carried on under that trade name/ partnership. When a partnership is dissolved, specifically one or more of the partners must submit a notification to that effect.
